Join thousands of voices in song as Revels waves goodbye to summer and welcomes in the fall at this FREE family-friendly Autumnal Equinox celebration! Enjoy pre-show festivities, a puppet-filled Parade and communal singing with The Revels Chorus, guest soloists, children from Boston City Singers and a fabulous folk band.
Revels RiverSing is a unique theatrical event filled with music and songs celebrating the season and the splendor of the Charles River and its parklands. A growing annual tradition, Revels RiiverSing features over 100 performers but the real stars of RiverSing are YOU! (Lyrics will be printed in the program and available online). Atmospheric as well as joyful, RiverSing also offers seasonal poetry readings, acrobats and circus performers, plus the magically illuminated butterflies of Gabriel Q. A wondrous spectacle filled with simple pleasures, Revels RiverSing is a terrific community event the whole family can enjoy!
