Jury Statement: This is a very polished, stylized film. The directing, producing, and storytelling are accomplished quite well, and you both should be proud of your work. 

Grace Joo is an accomplished student filmmaker, winning numerous awards for the 2019 short film "The Incident At The Pier". The film was an official selection several film festivals, Breckenridge Film Festival, the Austin Film Festival Young Filmmaker's Competition, and the Royal Starr Film Festival. It was a nominee for the NATAS National Student Production Awards Nationals after winning for Best Director at the NATAS Michigan Student Production Awards.
